Returns Policy & Instructions

If you are not completely happy with the product that you have chosen, you may return your purchase of full price items within 14 days of the orders dispatch date. We do not accept returns past the 14 day returns policy.

For SALE items, you must return your purchase within 7 days of the orders dispatch date.

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange, credit, or refund for full price items provided that the product(s) are returned in perfect, unused condition with the We Are Leone tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.

Refunds are typically issued on the 15th and 30th of every month in order of when returns are received. 

Please Note:

Final Sale Items cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Knickers and Eye Masks are all final sale.

 

All customers are responsible for shipping and handling cost of their returns - these charges are non refundable.

 

USA Customers:

  • After receiving your shipping label, please ship your return within the 14 day window to ensure we can accommodate your returns request.

  • You are a customer returning for store credit. 
  • You are a customer who would like to exchange for a different style (not size).

 

International Customers:

WE ARE LEONE are not liable to pay charges or import duties for returned orders.

We highly recommend when shipping your item back to us you get a tracking number or use delivery confirmation to track your package.  WE ARE LEONE is not responsible for lost returns.
