Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Our warehouse takes 2-3 business days to process an order. Pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to ship out (or as otherwise indicated). Domestic orders will be delivered by UPS Ground 1-5 business days post order processing. Expedited shipping is available at a fee. For international orders, estimated delivery times will be indicated at checkout, and will vary based on region
How much will shipping cost?

Do you provide worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Parcels that are sent to countries outside the EU will be subject to customs clearance upon entry into the destination country.
It is essential that you check all import charges, such as duty and taxes, which are sent outside the EU border. Please check what the duty and tax charges are before you purchase. It is your responsibility to check and pay for imported goods.
Delivery prices will be displayed and calculated at the end.
Once the courier booking has been confirmed we will send you a tracking number.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?

How do i track my order
We will email you your tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number is the best way to track your parcel. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact our customer service team at hello@weareleone.com.
My Order
How can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
We understand that receiving faulty items can be inconvenient. To assist you promptly, kindly provide images of the faulty items. Please proceed to return the items with all tags intact and in unworn condition. Upon receiving them, our team will carefully inspect the items, and you'll have the option to choose between a full refund or exchange for another item.
Additionally, please note that any recurring shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return my product?
Please send us an email at hello@weareleone.com, including your stated reason for return and order number, to initiate the return process. We will respond with a returns form for you to print, fill out, and include with your returned item.
